- Peel potato and cut big pieces.Take water add green colour and put half pieces and boil till half cooked similarly cook remaining pieces with yellow or orange colour..
- Then fry the potato pieces in hot oil for 2 to 3 mins and keep aside.
- Heat 1/4 cup oil and put cinnamon cardamom bay leaves and cumin seeds whole dry red chilli then add sliced onion and saute till light golden
- Then add chicken pieces and saute 2 mins and add ginger garlic paste and grinded green chilli and cook for 5 mins.
- Add coriander powder + cumin powder + salt + pepper and saute for 5 mins.
- Add chopped tomato and green peas and potato pieces and cook on low flame for 5 mins.
- Then add water (2 & 1/2 glass) + chicken cube and bring it to boil then add soaked rice(for 15mins) and add Malai and chopped coriander leaves.
- Cook till rice absord the water and done 85% and keep on dum for 15 mins.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
