  1. Add tomato, green bell pepper, green peas, potatoes and cauliflower to the cooker and give 2 to 3 whistles, open it ones the cooker is cool and mash the veggies.
  2. Add butter and oil to the pan add chopped onions let it turn pink add freshly chopped garlic saute well! Add pav bhaji masala,red chilli powder, salt and garam masala powder mix it and add the mashed veggies keep mixing now add coriander leaves and little butter keep on slow flame for 5 minutes and then close it! Ready.
  3. Take small buns cut into half and roast it by applying butter on buns, fill the plate with bhaji, garnish with chopped onions, coriander, add little butter and serve with fresh lemons and butter buns.
