- 4 Medium Plums (any variety)
- 3 tbsp Local Honey
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

- Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Wash and cut the potatoes into ½-inch cubes.
