- Peel the potatoes, mash them, heat the oil in a pan for few mins. Cook onion and then put sliced tomatoes and cook on a sim flame till it melts and add Paw bhaji masala to it 2 spoons,1tsp red mirch and dhaniya/ coriander powder,half spoon salt to it, cook it till the masala turns orange.
- Now add mashed potatoes to it in the pan and stir it. Add adequate amount of water and leave it to cook for 5 mins on a low flame, add half butter to it as well for the flavour. After 5 min the bhaji is all ready, put some coriander leaves for appearance and serve it with the paws and sliced nimbu as per taste.
