  10. 1 tsp chaat masala
  11. 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  12. 2 tsp mayonnaise
  13. 2 boiled potatoes
  14. 2 tsp bread crumbs
  15. 6 tsp oil
  16. 1/2 tsp salt
  17. 1/2 tsp chilli powder

Steps to make to make Baby Burgers

  1. In a bowl- add bread mix, water and oil and mix well all the ingredients to make thick smooth paste.
  2. Preheater pressure cooker without whistle and gasket. Take a mould, put a parchment paper in it, grease them, and put small drops of above prepared batter on parchment paper and spread them in a circular shape.
  3. Transfer the mould in preheated cooker, close the lid and cook it onlow flame for 15 minutes and sprinkle sesame seeds over them.
  4. Meanwhile wash all the vegetables and cut them in thin round slices and cut paneer into square pieces and sprinkle chat masala over them.
  5. Mash the boiled 🥔 potatoes and mix bread crumbs, salt and chilli powder, mix to make dough and make round patties.
  6. Heat tava, add oil and cook the patties from both the sides.
  7. Once our baby buns are ready just take out them, let them cool and remove them from parchment paper.
  8. Now apply the mix of tomato sauce and mayonnaise on the inner sides of buns. Then put patties and other vegetable slices and over 1 side of bun and keep upper side of bun & fix them using toothpick. Our baby burgers are ready to relish.
