- Let it cool for a while, on room temperature, add little bit oil and make a smooth dough,keep aside for 5 mint.
- Add 1 spoon oil in a pan, add jeera, then add mashed potatoes, add haldi and salt according to taste, mix well, let it cool.
- Make small balls from suji dough stuff with potato stuffing.Dont make the ball bigger else after steaming it will get double in size.
- Now take a steamer grease with oil,now arrange all balls on the greased steamer.Take a big pan and allow the water to boil and keep the steamer on the pan.Steam for 7-8 mins on medium heat, let it cool.
- Add 1 spoon oil in a pan, add rai, jeera, pinch of haldi, curry leaves, mix well, add steam balls in this mix with very gentle hands, add Red chilli flakes, on balls, just cook for 3-4 mints, it's ready serve hot balls with tomato ketchup.
