- Now take kadhai add oil into it take breads cut the sides of them and cut it vertically and flat it with rolling pin as much u can now mix maida with water add to the sides of bread and give the bread samosa shape and fill potatoes into it and make all of them. Now fry all the filled breads of samosa's.
