- Add roasted peanuts and stir it for few seconds.
- Rinse the poha in clean water till they become soften.Add the soften post to the vegetables and gently mix it.Cook for 2-3 mins in a low to medium flame.
- Add some sugar and stir it for 1/2 minute.
- Swith off the gas.Add some lemon juice and coriander leaves.Give it a gentle stir and serve hot with tea.
