  1. In grinder grind the keema and remove in a bowl.then grind green chilli and keep aside again grind onion and discard it's water and keep aside.
  2. Take keema add ginger garlic paste + onion + green chilli + all dry spices + salt + lemon juice + coriander leaves mix well and keep in refrigerator for Atleast 3 hours.
  3. Then make seekh shape of kabab and cook in oven for 20 mins.you can also cook on tawa but oven method is best.again keep in refrigerator for 15 mins.
  4. Then mash it and add boiled and mashed potatoes and again mix and mash it properly.
  5. Make kababs of naan size deep in whisked egg and shallow fry all the kabab's.(Make 6 to 7 kababs)
  6. Take naan and cut into 2 slice from middle.toast them on tawa by applying ghee.
  7. Take both slice of naan put green chutney and mayo and spread it.
  8. Now take bottom slice and put kabab in middle then apply cheese spread and cover with top slice of naan.
